What are the side effects of Metronidazole Tablet?
Non-severe side effects may include swollen tongue, runny nose, sneezing, cough, dry mouth, loss of balance, dizziness, diarrhea, or nausea. If you notice any of these side effects, continue treatment and notify a veterinarian. Potentially serious side effects include bloody diarrhea, watery diarrhea, sores in the mouth or on the lips, chills, fever, seizures, or an allergic reaction (marked by swollen throat, swollen tongue, swollen lips, swollen face, trouble breathing, or hives). If you notice any of these side effects, pursue emergency veterinary advice.
