  • * We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time might not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.
  • * Inclement Weather — Please consider the weather conditions in your area when ordering medications. If you live in an area that experiences severe weather conditions such as extreme heat, flooding or cold temperatures, we strongly suggest you wait until weather conditions improve. The content(s) of your package might become damaged, or you might experience delays in delivery due to inclement weather.   • * Vaccines and temperature sensitive items do not ship free. These items are shipped Next Day Air and will contain ice packs to preserve their integrity. Shipping rate depends on the weight of the package and your shipping Zip Code. Refrigerated items are shipped Monday through Thursday unless Saturday delivery is requested with customer service and is available in your area. Saturday delivery has an extra charge.
  • ** Next day service applies to business days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Order Must be received before 2 PM ET on Friday.
  • ** Exact shipping rate will be displayed on the final page before you confirm your order. Shipping rates depend on the weight of the package and your shipping Zip Code.
